Terms of Service AgreementBy commissioning me in any kind of way you are agreeing to the terms of service below.(for additional adoptable info, scroll down)Artwork/Characters:
- My artwork is not free to be used as Lineart or turned into a base.
-You may reference my style but do not directly trace or steal any of my art/characters.
-DO NOT directly copy or heavily reference enough that it looks like a copy.
-DO NOT take credit for my artwork
-DO NOT repost my artwork without proper credit to my Instagram @chronicalevi
-DO NOT remove any watermarks/signatures
-DO NOT sell my art in any form, including adding to merchandise.
-DO NOT turn into NFT
-You may use my artwork for personal purposes only.Commission:
-TOS is subject to change at any time(if during a commission, I will contact you with new terms)
-Contact will be made only through Instagram/Bluesky/Kofi/Patreon(I Prefer Instagram)
-Revisions may be made in the sketching phase. I will send updates for confirmation through Instagram.
-Please give me at least 1 month to complete the commission, though it may be completed before then. If the timeframe changes, I will let you know.
-Final pieces will be posted to my Instagram, and sent in DMs via Instagram. I will post to furaffinity, my patreon, and kofi.Payment:

-I accept payment through Paypal in USD. Or through a Kofi commission.
-Payment must be made before I start the commission
-If you do not send payment within 2 days of submitting this form, you will forfeit your commission slot and must wait until commissions open again.
-If you file a chargeback, rights to the art are immediately revoked.
-You will be permanently placed on a public blacklist with proof to warn others.
-If something happens and I am unable to complete the commission, I will issue you a full refund.

Additional Information for Adoptables-Rights to the character and the artwork will be transferred via Toyhouse after payment has been received and confirmed(depends on how long Paypal takes to confirm/process funds. I'm not trying to be scummy, i'm just poor and protecting myself.)
-All Bids are final after Auction close.DO NOT:
-Copy, trace, heavily reference, steal, or use as NFT
-Offer or big on adoptables you do not have the funds for.
-All rights are given after payment has been received
-Payment required within 24 hours of winning bid
-Chargebacks means you forfeit the rights to the character and I will resell. You will be placed on a public blacklist.
-NO Refunds
-Currently I do not accept holds or payment plans.(May change depending on my current situation).
-Resell the character immediately for a higher price, and it will result in a block/blacklist.
-Use commercially
-Remove my signature from the artworks
